If i can steal your attention away for a moment. I was hard at work changing/fixing/fucking up a few things with the site today.
First, all the galleries should be back. Thumbnails not included. there are a few out there with some funky thumb nails. as I find them I will fix them.
Second, I’ve added a model name to the babelogger app. This will allow me to relate by model name any submissions to my posts. I’m working on a tagged version so I can relate it by category too. I think a change in the ranking system is on the horizon too.
Third, I’ve changed the way I’m uploading galleries around here. I’ve had a lot of problems trying to get NGGalley to try and put it’s picture content in it’s own HTML wrapper. I’ve gone back to uploading galleries in stock wordpress fashion. I miss the thumb nailing mostly but I think a few minor tweaks here and there and no one will be able to tell the difference. What this allows me to do is place the picture within the theme itself. This gives me options to relate more content to the actually picture. People can even comment on individual pictures. I’m happy with it so far.
Fourth, Now that I’ve got the site up and running again I got to go get more traffic. I’ll be working on this for the next little while. I’ll keep everyone posted soon.
